At Yancon Energy Services, Inc. considers health and safety the most important function of what we do every day at our project sites and . Our safety team driven by from to pf leadership, EHS Manager, Safety Officers, and Safety Admin Personnel to oversee all safety-related aspects of the company, including additional project specific safety personnel.
For Yancon Energy Services, safety does not begin when we mobilize to the project site; but incorporates into as part of our estimation, and preconstruction state. Specific safety play designed for each project situations. All Yancon employees from the Leadership to the field technician are responsible for everyone’s safety as well as their own, including the environment. We have established a safety tracking program each employee logs in during site visits to make everyone accountable. To highlight our commitment to this, Yancon adheres to “Stop Work Authority”, where all workers have the responsibility and obligation to stop work when a perceived unsafe condition or behavior may result in an unwanted event, from the Groundman to Superintendent.

Every employee is empowered to prevent accidents and injuries by:
1. Observing established work rules
2. Following the directions of supervisors
3. Practicing the principles taught in safety training
4. Addressing “Stop Work Authority”
5. Reporting Near Misses and Hazard Recognition

5. Walking-working surfaces

7. Qualified electrical worker (QEW) program
8. DOL recognized Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship Program
9. DOT certification
10. Equipment operator certification
11. NCCCO crane operating certification
12. NFPA 70E
